enough is enough

Sunday, April 14, 2013

I woke up this am and decided that TODAY was the day!!!
I messed around a bit this morning, then it happened....I put the laundry in and figured what the hell as long as I'm down here I might as well get this butt on the treadmill, I was impressed You might not be) .50 mile in 12min on 3 w/an incline. If you have neuropathy you would understand why I'm proud. Then immediately after that was strength training for the arms and my pt. Quite the busy lil exerciser bee emoticon .

I'm still coughing not as bad but enough to be very irritating. LOL
OH and get this, my 2 front teeth were chipped. I couldn't take it anymore I swear to you I was playing the banjo! I've never picked it up before so I called my dentist well $200 later they are fixed and yes I was a drooling idiot, lol my nose was numb and I couldn't stop sneezing... WTH
HA quite the sight at subway (buy one get one on Sat).

Anyway, I want to thank you all for the time and kindness of checking in and motivating even when you didn't know you did.

ROCK ON PEOPLE!!! emoticon

Glad to see you can do some exercise. I was bed ridden for about one week and then really sick for another two weeks. Now, it seems unreal to go out and face the world. I am getting back into the swing of it. hope you get back up to par soon. Hugs. Judy

I completely understand the neuropathy! It is amazing how you can overcome obstacles like that... I do it on a daily basis. Congrats on a job well done!!!

Playing the Banjo??? What WERE YOU THINKING!!! Put that down and grab and electric guitar! HAHA

I hope things are getting better for you. Are you still on the couch? I certainly hope not and that things are getting better in that arena.

Know that I love you and will call you one night this week to catch you up on all the poo going up and down around here.

Oh! The parasitic leech moves out tomorrow, but she has so much crap that it will NEVER fit into her one bedroom that she's moving to in crackville... but at least she's close to the beach! HAHA Had to share that one with you before I forgot.

And you are rocking the treadmille and PT, just STEP AWAY FROM THE BANJO!

Love you sister, Ang

I'm confused as to how you chipped your front teeth. But happy for you they are fixed now, and that you feel well enough to do some exercise.
