Well, I haven't been blogging as I should because I thought that I was too busy. It's been up and down for me these last few months...more down's than up's but I am trying to get back into my GROOVE again.
I just have to concentrate on what's important for a healthy me and it seems that SPARKS is the way to go.
Time has to be set aside for me and I don't mean sitting in my chair watching TV or reading. I should be getting my derriere up and at 'em.
I need to get my DVD/VCR coordinated with my TV so I can start my Leslie DVD's again. Maybe it will happen this week when my stepson comes over. [I hope] I do want to get moving.
Today was too raw and windy for a walk around the neighborhood so I'll get on the tredmill in a few minutes and "strut my stuff" to some good music.

    I watch classical stretch on PBS. M- F I workout for 22 minutes, a no impact exercise combines yoga,Pilates,ballet and Tai chi. With back and neck injuries I can do it pain free. It feels terrible when we can't do the exercise we enjoy. I never enjoyed any until now:-) Hope you can get up and walking with Leslie soon. Congrats on doing an alternate exercise until then!

    Turn your treadmill into a treadmill desk and you can turn your tv and reading time into productive sessions. No need to exercise after that. Good luck.

    Although I 'still' have not got the fitness bug after 3 years on SP but I am still here everyday. I have def found new healthy eating habits but I'm still working on the fitness part. 2013 is suppose to be the year that happens and as I said ... "I'm still working at it"

Small Steps = "FITNESS" ..... LOL !!!

    It's not easy getting back into that groove again. I think it was easier when first starting SP. When I came back I literally went back to basics...after a couple of weeks I could feel that ever so needed spark returning. Now 8 weeks later I feel like in never left (although the scale is still not totally cooperating). Here's hoping that you get your DVD/VCR hooked up and everything will fall back into place.
