Week 2 = -2.8lbs
Week 3 = sts
Week 4 = +1.8lbs

Total = 1.9lbs, 25.2lbs to go, 2.1lbs per week

So the last couple of weeks have not been so great, but there's no point dwelling on it, onwards and downwards I go!

Justyna, I am trying to choose the best options available and make healthier choices.
I aim to make the latter half of the challenge more successful :)

    Hey Sophia, hope things are going well. I think it's great you have a goal. For me, weight loss has so many variables so I prefer to look at behaviours that help me achieve my goals like the way I eat or my exercise. Seems like I can be doing everything right and still not lose weight. So hang in there. Enjoy your runs and give yourself a big hug when you choose a healthy home made dinner over take away fried or rich foods. You can do this! Have you managed to do any crunches on your ball? It is still my go to exercise when I need to "start somewhere". I have lost no weight this challenge yet but I am thrilled to report I swam a km (30 laps) yesterday.
