Think I am hitting my first plateau....maybe???

OK, weighed in last Wednesday and the scale said 299.50 3 times, so that is what I put down for my weigh in..........and I was sooooooooooooooo excited to see a 2 as the first number! Then weighed in yesterday and the scale says 303 and then today and it says 303.2....and I am now very very frustrated because I have tracked my food and been good and the scale went up that much??? My husband did make chop suey Friday night for dinner and it was more salt so I think my body is just rebelling against more salt, but OMG!!! I don't want to see the 3 in the first number any more!!!!!

SIGH!! OK, got that out..........I know I need to take my measurements and use that as well as the scale for times just like this. I turned down cupcakes on Friday and nachos for lunch on Friday as well because the calorie count on both items was way way toooooooo high! 370 calories for a cupcake! AAGGHH! And the nachos were 1000+ for a plate of nachos at the local taco truck! No thanks.........though they did sound delicious :) My co-worker was like maybe you just need one good day of pigging out to get it out of your system and get the scale to start moving again, you know, jump start your system....or shock it, whichever works!!!

On the plus side, I did get told twice this week that people I work with could really see that I was losing! emoticon And I know my one pair of denim Capri's are just getting way too baggy, they slide down when I wear them and I noticed my sweats are doing the same thing. I took my daughter to Wal Mart yesterday and she was getting some pants so I saw this cute shirt on clearance and figured I would try it on before I bought it since we were over at the changing rooms, and it was a 2X 18/20 and when I tried it on it was kinda baggy so I went over and grabbed the 1x 16 and tried it and it fits fine, a little snugger but not tight and I got it instead!!

So I guess all of this is just me getting the frustration off of my chest because boy, if I pass up cupcakes AND nachos in one day, I want the dang scale to show that!!! LOL Maybe I need a magic scale that says WOO HOO, WAY TO GO , YOU PASSED UP JUNK FOOD!!! when I step on it! LOL emoticon

I also took two new pics the other day at work so I can keep tracking the weight loss that way as well, and I can see in the pictures that I am slowly slimming down.......slowly....but surely! :O)
