I went out with my friends last night, and indulged in a couple of drinks. Ive always enjoyed a drink or two on a night out, and usually known my limits. So I did the responsible thing and put my limit at three glasses of wine, so I would stay with everything under contol. Theoretically I figured I wouldnt get too drunk, considering one glass of wine every hour is not going to send you into a tail spin. Well wasnt i wrong! I hadnt taken into account my weight loss obviously, because three glasses of wine, and i was really quite drunk...and i admit i had another two glasses, but they were chased with water, and spaced out over a long night. Today I feel terrible, with the mother of all hang overs. Obviously more changes in your body than you think when you loose weight.
So my lesson learnt now is that if Im going to go out drinking with my friends I have to take it a little slower on the alcohol to avoid a repeat of last night.
