Well for 2 or 3 days I have been fighting off getting sick and I suppose being on my feet for almost 12 hours yesterday at the conference did not help, although I took healthy snacks, had hot sweet potato and ginger soup for lunch and chicken for dinner...By the time I got home last night the nose was running and I could not sleep much without jerking awake with the congestion, finally DH gave me a "decongestant" tablet and I finally got some sleep, I slept in this morning and had green tea and then green smoothie, and I hope that if I hit it with good fuel, I will recover sooner, not to mention some rest!
I got up and made whole wheat pancakes for the family and a quick check in and then I am going back to bed! I think when I have rested enough I may get around to opening my book.

I hope that you are having a better day! It has been so long since I have been sick, I forgot how crummy it is!
I hope that by tomorrow I will be feeling a lot better!
