Down about 4lbs since Monday…

Had a couple of days where I wasn’t as focused (friend over, birthday party), so not bad overall. Couple of those are due to a later-in-day weigh-in though, so not hugely excited. Was in bed highlighting notes from Eat-to-Live and Super-Immunity.

Most of this week I’ve been upping my greens, veg, fruit hugely. I think I’d call myself a flexible nutritarian now. Still working on it, digesting the books.

Tried blending frozen fruit etc with my hand mixer, and my LaLanne juicer, and it was bloody hard. Plus the juicer removes all the damned insoluble fibre… To that end, I’ve ordered a BRILLIANT blender that crushed anything - Ninja Magic Prep Pro. It’s the dogs bollocks apparently.

Walking has been grand this week, the Fitbit really keeps you at it.

Weight training has been lacking, so gonna fix that tonight.

Gonna take a look at getting the pushbike back to functioning. Still waiting on ANY warmer weather though…
