Good morning all!!
My daughter and I joined WW on February 2nd. I have lost 11.2 pounds so far and my daughter over 12 pounds.
Some days I am more successful than others in regard to tracking and watching what I eat. There are some evenings, after a long day at work, where I am so tired the mindless eating just takes over. I shove food in my mouth and think later.
How do you handle evenings when you are so tired and the mindless eating monster takes over? Aside from just going to bed?
