Sunday will be my day 1 of the week / check in day. I have to say that I'm very happy with last week. Not perfect but well on my way :)

Gym goal was to go 6 days, I went 4 days and had long walks with my boyfriend 2 other days (I burned just as many calories). I was rather sore this week but it felt good with top energy!
Si6 program goal was to start last Sunday for 6 days. It was impossible for me to start, I'm having a hard time to find the motivation to do this.. I'll try again this week but I might just let it down again. I'd really like to achieve this, though. We will see.
To be in bed by 23:00 was the real challenge, lol, and I did it only once during the whole week! I have to work on that one. I keep the same goal for next week.
No yoga this week. I did some reading though and I looked at some videos. I'm starting to have a better idea of it's purpose and for what I should look for. I couldn't subscribe in time for the cheap summer class I was considering but it's okay. I don't need any more commitment and I'll just do it when I have time and feel like it. No stress :)
I did logged in my calories 6 days out of 7! It helps though I'm going over pretty much every day. Not by much and I take in consideration that I burn a lot every day and the total is in the suggested range every time. SP ask me to burn 1200 calories per week and I think I burned 1600 with a day off. I'm eating pretty clean too and Tosca Reno says you don't have to worry about calories when you eat clean. I like the way she thinks :) The trick is to be consistent and being active, I'm pretty sure :) I haven't really lost any weigh this week, I was having my period and I think my body is kind of in shock because of all the exercise I put it through, I'm giving it some time to chill and adapt.
Keeping the same goals for this week. 6 days of activity (gym and or walk) 2 days of strength work, eating well, shooting for 23:00.
Week 1 out of 21. That's my goal for losing 30 pounds.
