Current weight: 205 lbs
Weight lost since last weigh in: 2 lbs
Goal Weight: 170 lbs
Weight left to lose: 35 lbs
I am thrilled to have lost two pounds since my last weigh-in where I had gained yet again. Had a good week in all respects with meal planning, eating a low-carb, primal diet, and moving. This week my goal is to move more and I am scheduling exercise into my week.
