Our Blog for this week on the team is about my favorite outdoor activity in the spring season.
I'd have to say I really like walking in the spring. It's just so nice & comfortable--flowers are starting to bloom and little baby animals are coming out
Yesterday the internet was down for a good part of the day. Amber & I just went for a walk.
We ended up walking
PED: 438 cal, 13897 step, 6.8 mile
HRM: 3.26 hrs, 1084 cals, HR 125-134, 73%-78%
I entered that into the Notes section and the Step Tracker of my Fitness Page.

It was a really pretty day--lots of sun in the mrng then it clouded up in the afternoon. The temps were probably mid 70's. We also came back and took the dogs with us.
(How wrong is THAT?
Yep! I like to walk in the springtime!
