I've just returned from a quick trip to Auckland, which was awesome for shopping. I did so much walking my knees are talking to me about how much they hated it, and its also a sign that I need to do more! The malls were the best place to be, starting at one end and ending at the other - this was my main activity for the whole week before returning home yesterday. The lunches were also a highlight!

Where am I now? I'm back and looking forward to continuing my journey. I've definitely put my journey on the back burner, but I'm looking forward at refocusing as I have so many times before.

Small steps are the best when starting out again, and so that's what I'm going to do to get back into it.

Thank you my Spark friends for looking out for me and for continuing to support my efforts, what would I do without you guys!

    Glad you had a successful trip, it's great to get away and find "treasures" you can't get at home. I hope you had good shoes for all that walking!

I'm sure you will pick up the good habits again soon. You've had some treats, that is important. Now bag to tracking and measuring your food and getting great results. Make yourself something you like as a treat for being back on track.

Onwards! It's the best way to get anywhere.
