Spark Coach Stage 3 Lifestyle Change

It actually happened several days ago ~ hitting this stage in my SparkCoach Program ~ near the end of March. But I discovered today that I can go back to that day's program and review the training for that day! How cool is that?

Yes, I know I can go back to any video, article, exercise instruction, recipe, etc. that is somewhere on the SparkPeople site; and I have done so with many things here. There's tons of stuff I've saved over the almost 7 years here! But, THIS is different!

I LOVE THIS!!! emoticon

Earlier today I read something that reminded me of one of SparkGuy's videos. It wasn't too long ago (turns out it was nearly 2 weeks ago) but I wasn't sure exactly when and I wasn't sure what the exact subject/title was. So how would I find it to see it again and do that thing my brain does to connect two things together?

There's a link (button) below the main program for each day that allows you to see previous programs! AWESOME IDEA!!! emoticon

So I click on the button and begin reviewing the last few days to find the one I'm looking for! Had to go back to Day 29 - Welcome to Stage 3 to find it! But it was so awesome just reviewing things!

To those of you reading this, also doing SparkCoach, did you discover this gem yet? (and if so, why didn't you tell me?) Of course, I would not be surprised to someday realize there's something somewhere in the beginning of the program that tells you this; and I'm sure the button has been there all along - I just didn't notice!

So glad I noticed it today!

Still maintaining Rise'n'Shine streak too!!!

Thanks for putting me on notice. I just opened a new account -- you're right that it's familiar material, but presented in a new and helpful way.
