My day today...

87% active link goal today and ate all but two of my 27 daily points plus and had nine filling foods today. Granted my worst time of day is always at night between 9pm and when I go to bed at midnight, I am making smarter tonight was an apple, cheerios, fat free milk and a fiber plus bar. Lunch was a turkey sandwich on low calorie wheat and breakfast was fiber one 80 calorie cereal, fat free milk, 2 apples and 1/2 bagel with reduced fat (1 tablespoon) peanut butter.
