H2O time...seriously

Alright. Why is it that the things I know to be crucial and the things that I factually know that work to help me achieve my goals... Why is it those things that I do not faithfully commit to my journey. I totally understand the role of water. I love water. I have been a water drinker in the past and yes, it helped me achieve my goals. And today, as I find myself at a plateau, I realize the I have been a slacker when it comes to water. And i know it works! Looking back over the past few weeks (the last few days especially) especially because I have been working out at a high intensity, I believe I have probably been borderline dehydrated. So today, I have filled up that gallon water jar and have out a significant dent in it so far! So friends, here is to water! My new goal is to fill up that jar every morning and dry the empty container out every night! Drink up and be happy!
