Ok, not a particularly good week but ok over all. There was no weight loss but then again there was no gain either. Why? Well maybe the fact that I couldn't resist going into the cupboard and picking at was available in there. I could have done worse and this week I know I can get back on track. Exercise helps and so does sticking to my plan. I am out of town for work this week so need to make healthy choices when I go out. We will see what happens.
