Sorry I missed a day... but I'm back now..
4/11... all I have to report is I weighed in at 195.1- I did not walk!! weight 195.1
4/12 walked with my BFF around her neighborhood. It was a beautiful day..... so we did 18.5 min., burned 101 calories and walked .88 mi. and I weighed in at 196.
Bad: should have eaten less..didn't keep track of my calories, so I'm sure I went over my calories or the McD's caught up with me.... hmmmmmmmmmmmmm?????
Good: Went to the 99 cent store and got a bunch of good deals, fruits, vegs, etc!!
Weight : 196
Little something for today as a reminder... As you noticed I goofed up on 4/11. I pretty much did nothing. But that didn't stop me from jumpin' on the wagon again the next day and hit it hard with my BFF. She tries to walk 4 mi. 5 days a week, so she is my inspiration! We need people like that to keep us going. Find yourself a good friend that you can share the "good", "bad" and the "ugly" with and that love you no matter what! I'm blessed to have her as a friend!
