Week 1 Day 2, Back and Bi's

Wow, my arms are so exhausted, I can barely type this! I was going to do Day 2 yesterday, but I'm a lightweight. That 3 hour exam did me in and I conked out early! Here's what I did today:
Back and Biceps - 3 sets of 12 repititions with one minute rest in between.
Wide grip lat pulldown, 80#, 70#, 70#
One arm dumbbell row, 15# - did tricep extensions since I did the rows yesterday.
Bent over row with palms in, 15#
Underhand pulldown, 70#
Alternating dumbbell curls, 15#
Preacher curls, 15#
Barbell curls, 40#
I had to adjust the weights after the first set of pulldowns. And oh my, the bent over tricep extensions were HARD. I probably should've adjusted the weight on the barbell, but instead, I just went with 10 reps per set.
Now I'm off to figure out meals for the week.
