My mood has taken a turn

Saturday, April 13, 2013

I feel different. I don't know how to quite explain it either, but it is an ok feeling?? I feel as though my motivation isn't as high right now as it has been, but I will get that back. And if I can't I will still keep moving forward. I have to, my life depends on it. Today I finished Leslie Sansone DVD, and Strength DVD. I will probably do cardio again tomorrow with a stretch dvd (I'm not sure) but I will keep on keeping on. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Read your past blogs...maybe they will motivate you as they have motivated me. You are strong, you know it will pass (as you have told me) and that is the secret. Tell yourself what you would tell others and listen.
You can do it.

I haven't been as motivated to each well this week either. We had an ice storm and lost power intermittently for a couple of days - excuses I know, but when I saw winter had returned after I had just bought lawn fertilizer and flowers the week before, I felt so dampened! Remember its a process ! There will be dips but we have to get back - I like MurrayGold's comment. Just keep moving, small changes add up too. Over time, our habits will change.

You are doing a fantastic job! It happens sometimes that motivation is down but you have the right attitude to get through it! Keep up the awesome work!

As I read your blog, I first want to commend you for your exercise regimen., and I want you to know I deeply appreciate your honesty that comes through. We all have those times of feeling different, can't put a finger on what it is, or where the feeling comes from, but know that its okay. I call them so so days. Your not joyful, but aren't sad, not happy, but not unhappy, maybe its that you are content.

I like content. Its rather peaceful, gives us a rest, and opportunity to reflect and push forward. Take this time to credit yourself for how far you have come, and to plan what you want to do next.

emoticon emoticon emoticon Be Unstoppable, don't let anything or anyone keep you from your journey to a happier, healthier YOU.

Years ago I had a WeightWatcher leader tell me that "motivation is highly overrated"...we can't wait til we are "motivated"...we just need to keep moving forward and making different and healthy choices as often as possible. That is how change really happens.
