19.1 miles spinning before SWEAT.
SWEAT was also a great workout, lots of cardio today:)
Kayaking was fun. My hubby had to get out his saw to get a few branches out of our way. Saw lots of geese, turtles, and even two blue herons. Is it summer yet??
