Day 468- Weigh in tomorrow

I feel like I say this in every single blog post. I KEEP GOING OVER MY CALORIE RANGE. I vow to fix it, try harder next week, etc. I never do though. I barely exercised this week either. Needless to say, I'm a little nervous for weigh in tomorrow.

I am finally down to 148 lbs. Not only do I want to stay below this weight, I also want to continue losing more. My mom has noticed, my boyfriend, the rest of my family. I feel really good about myself. I know what I need to do to, yet I'm not doing it. I am disappointed that I keep going over my range. I'm eating around 2000 calories a day and sometimes more.

So this is it. Prom is exactly one week away from today. I AM going to eat within my calorie range.

So I know you read my blog about my little calorie tracker trick - I think it would definitely work for you. I was going into the 2000s as well, EVERY DAY. And then I reduced my tracker to 1400-1600, and now when I do go over, its only into the 1700's, so it's still within my "ideal" range.

    Congrats on the 148! Hang in there. Weight loss is tough, but I know you can do it! Keep your eye on the prize.

    Congrats on 148! And once warmer weather hits, you naturally want to get out more, tanned skin looks thinner - and you are too hot to sit and eat all those oreos! hehe Have an awesome prom! emoticon

    You can totally do it. Drink extra water this week. Don't over do it with exercise. You want to have energy for prom! Make sure to post photos! I want to see you in your dress! emoticon emoticon
