I feel like I say this in every single blog post. I KEEP GOING OVER MY CALORIE RANGE. I vow to fix it, try harder next week, etc. I never do though. I barely exercised this week either. Needless to say, I'm a little nervous for weigh in tomorrow.
I am finally down to 148 lbs. Not only do I want to stay below this weight, I also want to continue losing more. My mom has noticed, my boyfriend, the rest of my family. I feel really good about myself. I know what I need to do to, yet I'm not doing it. I am disappointed that I keep going over my range. I'm eating around 2000 calories a day and sometimes more.
So this is it. Prom is exactly one week away from today. I AM going to eat within my calorie range.
