I slipped up emoticon

Inevitable, I know. To err is human? I am very human.

It had been a terrific 10-day run. I had kicked the sugar cravings pretty easily and I think was feeling overconfident and not checking myself. Wednesday evening I was feeling very relaxed after a lovely evening with husband and became suddenly ravenous. There was trail mix involved. Finally, this morning, I'm back to pre-slip weight. Phew!

Lesson learned. Be prepared.

    It's a process. You may take a step back - but you take two forward.

    As my fellow-sparker DD and I have begun to incorporate more vegetables - a more vegetarian, though not vegan diet - we find our cravings change. In the grocery store, instead of going for chocolates, we grab stuff like BRUSSELS SPROUTS! emoticon
