Different scale

Saturday, April 13, 2013

I'm using a different scale so my weight dropped. It dropped on the scale at the gym a bit as well. The gym scale was 118, but my new home scale is 115. It's one of the old fashion types so I can only do pounds, not parts of a pound on it. I don't know if I want to go with the gym scale or my home scale. The gym scale might be better since it's digital and I can track my weight down to the tenth of a pound. Either way, I'll no longer be using my landlord's scale since I have my own bathroom with a bath and shower now. If I use the gym scale, my weight is 118.3. That's still under my current maintenance weight of 120.

I'm going to measure my weight once a week with the number of the gym scale.

Hmm different scales always say different things. Heck the same scale, if moved even a Centimeter can say something different.
