Rats! I violated cardinal rule of going to bed on time/ Bedtime is looser because I'm on break, but 4am?? Really? Who is making the decisions, cuz it aint my frontal lobe.
I have noticed that the more normal my sleep, the more caffeine affects me. Back in the pre-spark days when I was in sleep deprivation mode I could have espresso and be asleep in 30 minutes. Now, even a small glass of tea has subtle effects. Ill need to be more mindful of small amounts of caffeine, but also starting projects after nine. I have opened this FX Schmidt 1500 piece puzzle of Crater Lake and the project was to put the pieces on a board and clear my workspace. And I did, but until about 2am. Then I had a second wind and thought, oh, well, my as well make it an special day and enjoy the novelty of the wee hours. it wuz cool man!
Did the snoring treatment about 3am , appeared to have no effect, mouth was as dry as a bone when I awoke. Back feels super tho, and tightness is limited to hamstrings and lower legs. Time to go stretch the shoulder girdle and legs.
