Since I last posted here I've gone to the gym twice and did strength training once, another one of which I'm gonna do after I post this.
I've been eating really well, AND! Here's the big news,
Every weekend my boyfriend comes over and we get a pizza and a side order of taco fries. So every weekend I'd say to myself "I'll start all over tomorrow" and go ahead and eat a whole portion of taco fries and six slices of a large pizza, all in all over 2,000 calories (I know because the menu comes with nutritional information).
So that's what would have happened last night as well, except! I decided not to have any. I went downstairs when the pizza arrived, got a yogurt, a banana and an apple and ate them while James tucked into the taco fries. I did end up having half a portion of fries and one slice of pizza in the end but only because I was really hungry and I ate them slowly and thoroughly enjoyed them.
I woke up happy with myself and went to bed happy with myself. SUCH progress! Yippeeeeeee
