My goals for our seven week road trip is to contribute as many miles as I can via cardio, strength training, eating my fruits and veggies, staying in cal range and tracking my foods/drinks. Trying to keep it simple so as not to overdue things as BLC Round 22 will soon be a reality......
Water - drink half my body weight in ounces each day
Cardio - 3x per week
Strength training - 3x per week
Tracking - either on SparkPeople or in my notebook daily for all meals/drinks/snacks
Posting - continue to chat on the team thread to stay in touch and focused as well as cheer on the other members of the team
Reasons for doing this: I want to be healthy, fit, and more toned. The only way to achieve these goals is to be accountable not only to myself but also to my teammates.
