Do you have any planning tips? Here's what I do. I have a habit of getting tomorrow's breakfast and lunch ready the night before, especially for work days. Then I add the items to my food tracker. It helps so much to have things just ready to go in the morning, since I always take a lot longer to get ready than I should. Any help the night before makes a big difference to me in getting out that door on time, with nutritionally balanced food in hand.

I also choose out the clothes I will wear and get them ready to go. Then I don't have any deciding to do int he morning.

Another thing I do is to load up the car with everything I ned for the day, the night before. This helps a lot especially as my back is usually stiff in the mornings, so completing this task in the evenings is easier for me anyway.

    I also plan my meals often using my tracker. I usually start with dinner and then build my other meals around that based on the calories left and the nutrients still needed. It has been a challenge since visiting family, so I go often on my tracker to make sure I am still within my limits.
    I try to plan my exercise or walking as well - what time, where, how long etc. because if I don't it may not get done. Planning helps!

    I have to confess I don't plan ahead very much, but when I do things go more smoothly. Really need to do this more often!

    Today was the first day that my husband and me planned what we will eat and we made all good choices and it felt great!!!

    I haven't been planning ahead lately, but when I did, things went MUCH smoother for me all around. When I don't, I find myself standing in front of the refrigerator, looking at all the food and trying to decide what to eat. Anyone can see how that could lead to trouble!
