Do you have any planning tips? Here's what I do. I have a habit of getting tomorrow's breakfast and lunch ready the night before, especially for work days. Then I add the items to my food tracker. It helps so much to have things just ready to go in the morning, since I always take a lot longer to get ready than I should. Any help the night before makes a big difference to me in getting out that door on time, with nutritionally balanced food in hand.
I also choose out the clothes I will wear and get them ready to go. Then I don't have any deciding to do int he morning.
Another thing I do is to load up the car with everything I ned for the day, the night before. This helps a lot especially as my back is usually stiff in the mornings, so completing this task in the evenings is easier for me anyway.
