I've been doing well staying within my calorie range but lately I've been craving FAST FOOD. Today I went out on my lunch break from work to buy food. My boyfriend treated me to sushi the night before so I didn't have leftovers, plus I woke up late to have time to make a healthy lunch. Anyways I get an hour break and had to return some wrist weights at a local store, leaving me with only 20 mins to grab lunch, eat it, and walk back to work. I passed a McDonald's on my way to the store, so I figured I'll just grab something "HEALTHY" there. I then saw a Subway while waiting to cross the street heading towards McDonald's, I made the right choice and headed there instead😃. When I finally made it o Subway it was closed because it was under construction 😞. I ended up going to MickeyDs really wanting a Big Mac Meal but bought 2 chicken wraps 1 grilled 1 crispy and small fries. Not the best choices but not the worst. By doing this I opened my appetite to snacks like 2 bags of popcorn, at home I made fried chicken and mashed potato, and also snacked on Reese's. ***plus I didn't work out from being so tired.

One thing I did notice is that healthy food like fruits and veggies keep me full longer and it gives me a boost of energy. I will continue on this road to success and will just jump over this obstacle emoticon
