Snow! emoticon

I'm so ready for Spring to stay! emoticon Come on Spring!

The forecast isn't great; so need to focus on other things (and hope I don't kill all the seedlings indoors before they can get put outside) emoticon

Twelve days running with the Rise'n'Shine challenge! How are you doing with it? emoticon

I've really been enjoying SparkCoach! The other day they were talking a lot about goals and breaking them down into small segments and plan for some sort of reward as we meet each of those small goals. This got me to thinking...
(some say that can be dangerous emoticon )
Over the last few months I think I've been doing this... after years of hearing, reading, learning about it... in my 10% thinking. Like a goal of losing 10% of your body weight; or saving 10% of your income; or just doing 10% of a challenging task and then take a break and go back to do 10% more. I'm halfway through my 2nd 10% weight loss goal. emoticon
So, as I'm listening to this video that explains the whole small goals leading to the ultimate goals it occurs to me (maybe by something SparkGuy said) that this principle can be applied in so many other aspects of our lives! emoticon

Don't know why that seemed so new to me - but it did! And I'm now working on ways to actually apply it in other ways! I think I've finally seen GOAL-SETTING as FUN!!! emoticon
