Just something I forgot to mention earlier for a little humor!

One thing that helped me to be more positive during my run as I was being irked by my stomach was this: I imagined that I was my "usual" self, only carrying a 10-15 lb. pack for extra training (there are actually races I've participated in that have divisions like division for normal runners, and one division for those rucking 30 lbs/or 50 lbs for female/male).

So whatever, it's just an extra training challenge!

And now I'm going to sleep. SparkFriends, I thank everyone for their support on my earlier blog...I am happy to report that I made it!!! Day 3 binge-free completed. :)
