Another week without bread and I feel really good! The thing is I haven't noticed any difference with how I actually feel when I eat bread, as I never noticed feeling yucky when I ate a serve of bread ... I feel good because I'm eating so much more veges and protein!
I didn't crack into the 80s ... 90.1 ... Lol! Grrrrr but ah we'll something to look forward to next week. Initially when I stood on the scales I had a moment of feeling deflated and throwing in the towel ... Then it passed! 90.1 is awesome!
And today when I was working out I noticed that my body is changing shape. My core is getting firmer ... My hips don't seem so out of proportion. Yeh! Wow! Yuss! Bring. It. On!
High stress week handled marvellously with fab food and regular fitness ... Life is good.
