Each day this week I have made just a little more progress than the day before. Last night was really difficult--I just could not stop snacking!!! However, I realized I got pretty busy during the day and as I tracked my food I realized I had not eaten very much at all, so I was too hungry and grazing all night and craving carbs and comfort food like crazy. I tried to correct it today, so hopefully things will be better tonight.
I am not going to let the last few bumps in my journey deter me from moving forward with my plan to succeed!!!
