I have recently been noticing some changes about my body shape. Never before in my entire adult life, have I been able to lose enough weight to see changes on the -outside- of my body.

Well, I can now!! Not only am I seeing the changes when I look in the mirror, I am now "feeling" myself getting smaller. I am feeling my sides start to get curves when I run my hands down my sides.. I see a lot more of the tops of my legs when I sit down.. I am able to actually feel my knee caps!! I always knew they were in there somewhere! *laughs* - but, it really is a weird feeling to discover that there really is bone in there! Lets see, what else? Oh, I no longer have 2 huge front spare tires. I had a top and bottom! :o now, just a lower one and its a lot smaller! But, the top one has vanished!

I also feel and noticed on the inside, I no longer stay up all night with insomnia, and I wake up early EVERY day now! I would be up all night long, suffering from insomnia, then when I finally would fall asleep at some ungodly hour, i'd sleep til noon and still feel like crud! Not anymore! I rise each day now REFRESHED and ready to face the day, and im ready for bed around 10pm. I love it! I have more energy now. I am able to get around easier, as well.

So, for all the years I read and heard about how a good balanced diet, exercise, and a positive attitude and fun positive support (like SP), I now LIVE it, and see that though it may not always be easy, it really DOES work, and I/YOU are worth it!!

    its wonderful- isn't it? I check every day when I take a shower to see if anything looks different-I don't even mind if its loose skin- lol! Though I have to say going down a bra size is not my first choice to lose fat but what can you do?

It is amazing how much better we feel when we are eating healthy and moving. I feel ready to take on challenges I didn't 6 months ago. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Such a great blog Shari !! I can so relate as well. One of my fav body changes was when I could see my toes in the shower and then be able to wrap my towel around me and tuck it in !!! So any other little changes were so big to me and they just kept motivating me to enjoy making this change to life a healthy life. 3 years later, I'm still enjoying it.

We are awesome aren't we !!!
