When you are having a FAT day on your REST day

For real! I woke up this morning and just felt BLAH!!!!!! Like every negative thought I have ever had just came rushing in all at once!
I am trying to be more positive, so I went to my favorite spot and started an ACTIVE rest day!
1 hour later I felt strong and no where near fat!






Try it ladies...get a little active on your rest days and the feeling of FAT will leave!

    Thank you for this post. You wrote it on a day that I needed this encouragement. It is a FAT day for me today and was quite depressed this morning when I headed out the door. I will take your advice and be active....although the wine idea might win after work. We'll see.

    Yesterday I was so crabby and just felt awful. I worked out HARD this morning and I feel great. A little exercise always does the trick. That, or a glass of wine.
