Geez, it's Friday already! The work week goes fast when you're always super busy!
I realized something yesterday. I'm losing my sweet tooth! I decided to go to Cold Stone yesterday because I haven't gotten real ice cream in YEARS. I got the medium sized bowl even though the small would have been fine (it just looked so small!) I finished it and wasn't out of this world amazing. Usually eating quality ice cream would send me on a binge, but it just didn't do it for me. And then later when I saw that the ice cream was nearly my calorie total for the day, I decided it really wasn't amazing lol. I've been noticing it the last couple weeks that sweets do not satisfy me like they use to!
After having the worst headache of my life yesterday, I was surprisingly able to wake up early for my morning DVDs. I have been dragging a little bit and look forward to catching up on some sleep tomorrow. Luckily I will be able to do so because my saturday morning skate practice got moved to sunday. If I can muster of the energy, I am going to go to a new group fitness studio after work today. It's 2 miles down the road which will put me home early instead of traveling all the way to where I use to live to the zumba studio. Best yet, the class today is with the instructor from my other studio who I never get to take class with because of work. She's AWESOME too, so I cannot wait!
I am also feeling pretty creative today. Both my breakfast and lunch have been very interestingly good!
Breakfast: 1 serving of Krusteaz Honey Wheat Pancakes with vanilla, cinnamon, banana topping. I saw the fruit topping online. You mash half a banana and the cut up the other half. You put it in the microwave for 30 sec and then you mix in vanilla and cinnamon. It's sooooo good!
Lunch: 1 cup spinach, .5 cup egg beaters, 4 oz of canned chicken breast, .25 cups of Ragu pizza sauce, and sprinkled parm. I just mixed it all up and it was so good!
Anyways, back to being productive I go!
