Still Going

I have increased my exercise. I feel better just for that. I have started my garden. Planted some pototoes, onions and parsnips. Can't plant anything else here yet. Still danger of frost for a few more weeks. Just planting the things I can right now. Gardening is good exercise.
My weight is staying the same or jumping up and down. I have hit a plateau. I thought increasing my exercise would help pull through a plateau. So far it hasn't. I need some suggestions. My glucose levels are up lately also.
Need to make some changes some where, just not sure where. Thanks in advance for your much valued help.

    There was a article on SP about practicing maintenance first and then weight loss. Basically it found that those who practice maintenance first were more successful keeping their weight off. You are setting yourself up for success longterm

    Look back at what you did when you were losing, compare that to what you are doing now and see if you can determine why you stalled. Sometimes it is hard to do that but keep trying.
