Insomnia: The Battle Rages On

So I have been able to get a few hours of sleep almost every night. Not sure if it is because my body id just giving up & I'm winning the battle against insomnia, or if whatever is causing my insomnia is going away. Either way, the much needed extra rest seems to be making me more tired & less prone to try to sleep. Could this be a mind trick from my opponent? I'm thinking so. I won't let it win. I'm too stubborn to do that. I'll keep fighting til I can't fight any more. Claiming the small victories of sleeping 3 hours in 1 night, even if it does make me more tired the next day. Thank you for the support you guys have been giving me.

    Actually, the extra sleep is probably not your culprit.

    The reality is you cannot 'catch up' on sleep - your body is probably just feeling the accumulated result of nights with little sleep.

    It is a process to right your ship. . it'll take a while and may not be pleasant along the way but you will def get there!
