Had WW weigh in last night... and last weekend was BAD! (Parties, way too much food, not enough exercise... you know the drill!) From Friday to Monday, I gained 2.5 pounds (well, I'm sure some was salt/water related, but still!) So, I've spent all week trying to "make up" for the weekend. I was sure I had gotten close, but I actually lost 0.6! AMAZING! I did a happy dance!
Anyway, determined that this will not happen again... today I am strong (like I have been all week) - though I am sure the weekend will hold some treats (DD has already asked for pancakes tomorrow...) I will get in my long run as planned so that my long range health goals will continue at least close to on track!
