No recap of last Friday for me

Remember last Friday when I had to drop DH at work and then clean all day and I had a muffin for breakfast and it went downhill from there due to lack of Planning?
Guess what? No recap of that sad situation today.

I had a banana an the drive down, went to grocery store and picked ap healthy snacks for the conference where I will me manning a booth all day tomorrow. I mean all day! 9 am - 9 pm, and that dOes not include travel time.


Do at the grocery store the sushi lady was making fresh sushi, and I asked her if she could make some brown rice sushi for me.
It was such a treat, not only did she make the brown rice spicy California rolls in front of me, she explained the recipe and all. Now I can try making my own with quinoa?

Anyway, since I am avoiding wheat and most grains, I do occasionally eat brown rice.

Better than a muffin!
Oh and it was so delicious!!!!!!!
Now I have to clean for 3 hours and so I think the sushi will giver the fuel I need.

Now I have to get to work. Oh, I slipped on the ice and have a wet butt! And a sore, scraped hand! Just what I need, thankfully it is no worse than that, and it could have been!

Did good yesterday. I did not have cola, did not have more than 1 black tea (came close), no white carbs... had a smoothie, some chicken, some veggies, some cheese lots of water, not too much else... I was sort of nauseous all day - sinuses are draining so I took an allergy pill this a.m. and it's helping.

Had meat for breakfast today, plan on egg and veggie omlette for lunch and a spiniach and something smoothie for supper. The kids want weiner dime soup and since it's potato base I can't have it (serious tears here because it's one of my favourites and I haven't had it for quite a while)

I'm not overly worried about spinach being better for you cooked than raw, but I am thinking I might sautee it a little bit and throw it in. Can't be worse can it?

I'm thinking carrot, spinach, greek yogurt, strawberries and apple juice? (I'm out of orange)
Suggestions always welcome!
