Let’s start off with a quick visualization exercise. Spend 30 seconds visualizing one of your most important goals. See yourself reaching this goal. What will you feel like? How will this change your life?

I have a weight loss goal right in front of me now, but I also have another goal that is starting to materialize - becoming a mental health therapist.

I want to believe it will make everything better but it won't. Not everything anyhow. However, I will be doing what I believe I should be doing - helping others. Just knowing I'll be doing what I should be will make things better. It's easier to put up with nonsensical stuff when you know you have a purpose.

    It sounds like you are realistic about how your career will impact others. Like this program, you can offer the tools, but it is up the the individual to make the changes.
