Loosing weight is a state of measuring so many calories in so much out. Measure you food, keep a chart or graph of your success. Weigh yourself to see the results yawn!!!!

So many hours of exercise at this intensity equals so many calories burned. Doing intervals for a short amount of time gets the most calories burned. Divide your weight by your age add your height yawn .

How about this imagine yourself having fun loosing weight. That's right I said having fun. He is the formula eat the things you love , and do the things you love and you will lose weight. It is a very simple equation,

No charts maps,graphs charts involved. No measuring, weighing , involved just plain living.

All you need to do is be the most active you can each day. Taking the stairs, park further from your destination. Then dance, run , hula hoop, skip ,jump , play hopscotch with the kids. Lift some weight every day ,lift the kids and swing them around. Walk around the block and get some fresh air. Easy awesome fun . Who is exercising you are .!!!!

Eat the healthiest you can. If fruits and veggies are not your thing then just eat some, If ho ho's and twinkies are then eat less. Make your plate as colorful as you can and smaller every day . Who 's loosing weight you are!!!!

Act like a toddler. When you are tired sleep. Sleep often and for as long as you can . Who looks and feels better and has less cravings you do!!!!

Spend some down time every day . Relax rejuvenate. Go to church, Read a book . Go out in nature. Meditate or listen to soothing music or nothing. Who has less stress and burns more calories YOU!!!!!

Logically you know you can loose weight by measuring grafting etc. But Imagining loosing weight by just having fun well that will get you everywhere.

    Just keep moving , absolutely , weight loss does not have to be so dreary , cheer up . positive attitude helps too. Why not track your heavy house cleaning for spring cleaning ( wash down the walls, etc.) or instead of trying to Swim the English Channel try treading water for a while - track that , you will see ! Hugs K

    Excellent advice and very common sense.
I get fun into all of my workouts, I sing and let loose when I cycle and walk (DH thinks I've lost the plot most days LOL)

    I have been doing this for the last year. I play basketball, soccer , bike, run, skip, and jump on the trampoline with my son. I have found that the more fun you have the less staying active feels like exercise.
the more fun you have the faster the day goes as well.
I need to work more on sleeping whenever i am tired but I am hopeful this will change with time.
