Heck Yeah!!! I am back in progress since the first of April. 11 days is a wonderful small victory. I had re-started the Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred. I had made it through Level one last night and started level 2 this evening. WOW what a huge difference in some of the movements. I feel my shoulders for sure and my abs.
There is a lot more ab work in level 2. Lots of planks too. I hate Jumping jacks and there are still some there, but I do them. I keep pushing and now my legs and arms are burning.
I am burning up!
Okay well here is a little inspiration that keeps me going...
