I am a bit late on my goals for the month... Better late than never....
~ Listen to more praise and worship music.
~ Pray more throughout the day.
~ Continue to focus on Jesus instead of my circumstances.
Mental & Emotional:
~ Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
~ Read inspiration quotes.
~ Continue to stay positive.
~ Continue to exercise 5-6 days consistently.
~ Track my food at least 1-2 times a week.
~ Eat fish 2-3 times a week.
~ Eat dinner early at least 5-6 days a week.
~ Find more things to do to keep myself moving and burning even more calories.
~ To lose 4-8 lbs & 4-8 inches by my next weigh in.
~ Now that the weather is starting to get nice take my son out and get him moving.
Well there you have it in a nutshell... I'll keep you posted on how I'm doing...
