hit it a little to hard

worked out today a little too hard and now my body is telling me so. I will definitely take it easy tomorrow and let the body rest .Even though I'm a little sore it still feels good to get in the exercise

    I've learned to separate my cardio and resistance/strength/weight training days. Every other day for each, with daily stretching (Pilates and/or yoga) and one day of rest.

    I am visiting family on the Washington coast and have been hitting a lot of trails and my legs are telling me about it so I took today off. I know what you mean though. It does feel good to get the exercise.
