Confession

My schedule has gone wacky, and I won't be to able to move forward on my exercise program until the middle of next week. It's better that I face that and not feel guilty for the next 6 or 7 days. I'll work on not falling back into old habits, but building on my new ones will have to wait. There. I've admitted it. I feel better.

    You can do it. Spangle says it's okay to just take a pause. It will be fantastic if can you just hold things steady and keep from falling back. I know you can handle it for a few days.

    Sometimes life just gets in the way. It happens, that's why this is a lifestyle journey and not a diet or extreme exercise program. You're doing what you can and that is what's important!

    Hey sometimes my motto has to be " do what you can when you can" sometimes things just can't go how we want them too. But as my husband says "don't turn a slip into a fall". So when I have to postpone exercise I still count calories and drink my water! Can't wait to hear about your progress!

    You don't have to admit it to us LOL. That is between you and you. It is good to get it out though. I do it sometimes too. It helps to just say it and let it go. You can do this.
    Just don't give up because it is hard to get back to it...I have been there too.

    Truthfully - sometimes we need a bit of time to recharge. As long as we have the mentality that we will do this - we can do this - and we don't use this time off as a way to party (food-wise) that is - it might be what you need to keep going.

    Don't feel guilty - just enjoy taking care of yourself in any way you can and know that we are here waiting to hear about your adventures!
