Goals

I blogged back in Feb and while I must admit I kept some of the goals listed--i did slip in some of them. Feb and March were stressful at work and things are about to get even more crazy there. So I am sitting some more goals to get me through what I believe is going to be a crazy summer.
1. Stress- This is key for me as I noticed myself slipping a little during the months of Feb and March. The weather was COLD and now that things are starting to warm up quickly, it is time to get back outside hitting the trails and walking long walks again with my friend Jen on Sunday's. While I did not gain weight over the winter (which is awesome) I did not lose either. So keeping the stress in check is key and I have a feeling that by doing this everything else will fall into place pretty easy.
2. Continue to eat clean---I had a cupcake the other day and was literally sick for hours after eating it. More fruits and especially vegetables this month.

So there are two easy goals for the month of April and while we are half way through the month, I think i am going to start making monthly goals. I will check back in May---my favorite time of year might I add. Thinking about taking an early vacation this month too.
