Last night was one of those sleepless nights for me. I don't know about you, but the more I read about how important 8 hours of sleep is, the more I am totally stressed when I haven't been able to get to sleep 2 hours after I get to bed. So I start the up to read quietly for a while, back to bed, up to read, back to bed. Hope tonight is one of those nights when I just fall off to sleep and wake up with the sun.

    Oh, dear. Sometimes that does happen.

    I'm trying not to eat after 8PM (earlier would be better) and also to cut back on the amount of protein I eat in the evening. Those 2 factors, when accomplished together, seem to make a big difference in my sleep quantity and quality.

    Also, finding some way to wind-down from the day.... kinda making a ritual of something deliberate, that is relaxing for you.

    Have you tried melatonin? Hope you can sleep tonight and rest up this weekend!
