This blog is an update or evaluation of my goal from last week.
My goal last week was to exercise 3 days last week.
Well, I only exercised two days instead of three.

So, my goal again for this week will be to exercise three times this week.
I exercised on Tuesday, so I will exercise two more times this week.

Small Steps= Big Results! emoticon
