    I run on one day and ride my bike or use the elliptical the next day.....I also do some dvd's, but that's not my favorite.

    I'm boring - I just like riding an elliptical or a stationary bike while reading a magazine so I don't look at the clock too often. If I had an exercise partner, I would play racquetball - so fun!

    When I really want to sweat i go for the stair climber and put it on level 10. Nothing beats it!
