Level 1, day six.
My endurance is building back up, I think. My heart rate and calories burned have been going steadily lower at the end of each workout. My stats are a bit skewed for the last couple of days, though. I'm having those digestive problems again (yesterday and today). My stomach is hurting and my weight has gone up. I've been keeping in my calorie range, and I've been drinking tons of water, so I don't know what the issue is. Unless my body just hates strength exercises and is punishing me, I can't pinpoint the thing that triggered the digestive woes. Did I forget a thyroid pill one morning? I don't think so. either way, it's bad in the mornings. I'm pretty much staggering into the classroom nearly doubled over from stomach cramps.
The stress level is pretty high at work. It's the first week back from spring break. The weather has been goofy. The kids are having one meltdown after another. I just get one kid calmed down, and another one is stomping off, crying or cursing or both. Meetings every day after the kids leave...I'm coming home so exhausted that I'm amazed I can stand upright, much less exercise.
I think I'll hold off on posting any stats until maybe when I start Level 2. I'm gonna spend my evening having a shot of milk of magnesia and drinking a ton of water. We'll see if my situation improves.
